God's offer of complete forgiveness, and to be with God forever.
Because of the fall into sin of the first two humans, we are all born with a nature that is in rebellion against God, and in addition, we have all chosen to break a multitude of God's laws. Because God loves us greatly, he made a plan whereby his Son would take the punishment due every human who would accept his offer of forgiveness, which his Son carried out successfully on the cross. He cannot make anyone accept his offer of forgiveness, and turn from their rebellion. It is a choice every human must make.
If you want to be with God forever and want his offer of complete forgiveness, it is through faith in his Son and the sacrifice his Son made on the cross.
“Dear God, Yes, I accept your offer of forgiveness, and to be with you forever. I'm sorry for all the wrongs that I have done. I gladly receive your offer of complete forgiveness, which is by faith in Jesus your Son and his work he did on the cross, as recorded in the Bible. I believe that Jesus rose from the grave three days later as a sign of the victory, and I receive him as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Jesus!
It is written:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have everlasting life.” [a]
“If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” [b]
And now, in accordance with the scriptures, get baptized [c], as a public testimony of your faith and decision. And find a congregation that believes in the Bible, which is God's Word. Be at peace, since God greatly loves you and cares about you, is with you, and he will never leave you or forsake you. He is flawless [d], and fights for you, and blesses his people. Go and tell the good news.
